Christmas has always been my favorite time of year. Growing up I loved everything from the music to the decorations to all the traditions it brings. So when Alex first told me about their wedding, I died a little from excitement. Pinecones, berries, a huge Christmas tree and fresh cedar? Oh yes! But the best part about this winter wedding wasn’t the decorations or the time of year. It was the fact that two people oh so in love got to start their forever together.

When I think of a couple who is made for each other, Alex and Drew come to mind. From the time we spent together, I could tell they were head over heels in love and it still brings a smile to my face. They giggled as they told the story of how they met. They grinned at one another talking about their upcoming honeymoon. And Drew squeezed Alex’s hand tight as he talked about how excited he was to marry the love of his life.

It is always such a privilege to be trusted to capture such an incredible moment in people’s lives. I love weddings. I love watching two people commit their lives to one another. I love hanging out with the bridesmaids and joking around with the groomsmen. And I love getting to work with couple like the Dollahites.

Thank you, Alex and Drew, for allowing me to be a part of your special day! I am beyond excited for y’all and can’t wait to see how the Lord uses your marriage for His glory and kingdom.
