After taking April’s maternity pictures this fall, I was SO excited to meet little Waverly! When I got the email saying she had arrived on Christmas Eve, I was thrilled. I couldn’t think of a better way to begin the new year than by snuggling with a sweet little newborn and catching up with the new mom and dad.

And y’all… I was so right!

I love this age. They are so little and snuggly. Their bright eyes drink in everything around them. And sometimes you can catch them loving on their momma in only the way newborns can do. It’s such a precious moment in time for parents, and I seriously can’t wait for my turn!
