Have you ever met two people and immediately knew you were going to like them? That’s what I felt when I first met Lauren and David. From the soft, sweet way Lauren spoke to the way David looked at her as he told us how they met, I could tell we were going to be friends. And on that beautiful spring evening that was spent taking their engagement pictures, I decided they really were two kindred spirits.

As we walked through the park, they told me about all the memories it held. I saw the picnic table where David asked her to be his wife. I watched them joke around, laugh with each other and smile the biggest smiles at each other as they looked forward to their wedding day.

You don’t always meet the love of your life when you are in your early twenties, but Lauren and David had. After years together, they were so ready to finally be husband and wife, and I was honored to be able to join along on the tail end of their journey. Because getting to capture a beautiful love like theirs brings me so much joy!
