Pumpkin Patchin’

Family

One of my favorite things about fall is going to a pumpkin patch. I don’t know about you, but it just doesn’t feel like “fall” without taking some pictures next to some pumpkins. I remember being a little girl in elementary school and going on field trips to a local pumpkin patch. It was my favorite field trip of the year, because I loved getting to pick the ~perfect~ pumpkin, hang out with my classmates, and show my parents what I got at the patch that year. It was SO much fun, and has continued to be a tradition for me throughout the years.

Isaac and I started dating exactly 7 years ago today (cue all the #aaaawwwws) and we’ve gone on a pumpkin patch date almost every year since. And I have to say, the past two years have been my favorite dates, because we’ve been able to go with friends! Having other people to spend time with, make memories with, and (of course) take pictures of has been so much fun, and I loved to share this tradition with some of the most important people in our life.

Since starting my photography journey, I’ve enjoyed not only improving my professional pictures, but also being able to take personal pictures that I’ll cherish forever. Even though Isaac says it takes 10x longer to take pictures (he’s exaggerating 😉 ), knowing how to use my camera has made pictures more special, exciting and fun for me to take.

And how about these ADORABLE babies? I’m seriously melting from the cuteness. <3

Anyone else love taking some pumpkin patch pictures?
