When Marci and I first met at the Vintage Market Days a month ago, I didn’t realize just how much I would love getting to know her and her fiance, Derrick. But from the minute we started talking at our photoshoot, I knew we would have a great time together. Sure enough, the two kept me smiling our whole session, and I knew I had met some amazing people.

As with all my couples, I loved hearing their story. Everyone’s is different, and hopeless romantic that I am, love stories are my favorite. Watching Marci and Derrick smile at each other when they didn’t notice I was looking, hearing them talk about their future together, and seeing the love between the two… There’s just nothing quite like it! And let me tell you, they totally ROCKED their session!

I was so excited when Marci asked if I would be interested in going to this park in Flower Mound. I seriously had no idea it even existed untill one of my friends from church told me about it a few weeks ago, and so naturally I was thrilled to get to check it out during this session. And lemme tell you… It’s probably one of my favorite session locations now! Between the gorgeous trees (that are *finally* starting to put on their fall colors), the creek and rocks, and all the swoon worthy bridges, it’s like a photographer’s paradise over there! Especially when you have THE cutest couple to photograph. 🙂

Marci and Derrick, thank you so much for letting me capture this exciting time in your life, and I wish you all the best in your future together! I can’t wait to work with you again. <3
